The flesh is thin, creamy white, juicy, consistent, sweet, aromatic, slightly acidic, very pleasant, scented with high quality, and fruit ready to harvest must have a hardness of pulp from 7.0 to 7.5 kg / 0.5 cm2, and the refractive index should be submitted more than 12% (Brix).
The average size is: 70 to 80 mm which corresponds to the weight of 190-210 grams.
The harvest season of this variety is between early to mid-September, approximately 8 days before Golden, and preservation in good condition is about 5 months in standard atmosphere (normal) and 7 months in controlled atmosphere.
